This 3D printed gimbal was created with precision using a Metal Printrbot Simple, printing at an impressive 0.2mm layer height. The result is a smooth and sturdy design that's sure to impress. I'm always happy to share my passion for Learning by Making! Instructions: To get the best results from this design, print it with your Printrbot Metal Simple using no raft or support. With a little bit of effort, you should be able to spin the gimbal right off the print bed. If the rings are fused together, try adjusting the filament diameter. I usually add 0.1mm to the measured diameter, so if your filament measures 1.68mm with digital calipers, tell your slicing software that it's actually 1.78mm.
