Here are the easy-to-follow instructions to print this gimbal: This design should print perfectly on a Printrbot Metal Simple without any raft or support material. With minimal work, it will spin off the print bed and be ready for display. If you notice that the rings are fused together, try adjusting the filament diameter. A simple adjustment of 0.1mm to the measured diameter often resolves this issue. For example, if your digital calipers measure the filament as 1.68mm, you can tell your slicing software that the actual diameter is 1.78mm. This small tweak makes all the difference in achieving a flawless print.
