Download the Season's Greetings Ornament from MyMiniFactory at http://www.myminifactory.com/object/view/624/Seasons-Greetings-Ornament if you enjoyed it. This ornament was designed for the winter holiday 3D printing contest in 2013, and it falls under Category 2 entries. The model has been fixed with Netfabb.com and is created using Sketchup. Revision 3 of the design prints well without support, but active cooling and slowing down print speed can further improve its quality. The model is 100% mesh/manifold/watertight and ready to print. Pictures will be added soon, along with sources for elements borrowed from other designs. Recommended settings include a 2 perimeter layer height of 0.10mm (if possible). Adjust the scale according to your preference, then print and remove support if necessary. Hang the ornament using a paper clip and enjoy. The designer suggests not printing smaller than 50% yet, but 35% seems viable without losing too much detail. A 50% scaled version is also available for easier printing.
