This cap is a direct replacement I designed for the one that vanished in our 2013 Ford Focus sedan, leaving its disappearance a complete mystery. Despite trying various means to restore functionality, I hit a dead end with online purchases of OEM parts or downloading designs from others, which only led to more frustration. I take full responsibility for these setbacks. I printed this cap on my Adimlab Gantry using TPU at 100% infill about a month ago and it still holds up remarkably well despite the extreme heat and conditions found in the engine compartment. The part was designed via OnShape, but when you import the file into your slicer (such as Cura, Repetier, Slic3r, etc.), you may need to adjust the scale to get an accurate life-size print. For instance, multiplying it by a 25.4 factor should correct any scaling issues caused by metric-to-imperial unit conversions.
