This is a simple snap-in bracket designed to fit out of the way and not require any screws for the Ford Fusion/Mondeo. The bracket will easily snap into place, but you may need to gently nudge the radio surround trim to prevent breaking the tabs. Initially, I printed with PLA, but soon learned that a California Summer can melt PLA, making it useless. I tried again with PETG and got much better results. To assemble the bracket, drill holes out with a #40 drill bit and tap for a 4-40 or M3 screw, then use either an M3x4 or 4-40 x 1/4" screw to secure together. I chose not to use inserts or nuts. A hole through the push-tab allows you to mount the lower screw (if you're using the slide-on bracketron/Dynex mount like me). Print at a high resolution of 0.12mm, but I achieved great results and adhesion at 0.08mm. To print the bracket, place it with the flat side down and enable supports. For the bracketron adapter, print it on its side for maximum strength in the release clip. I hope this information is helpful!
