If, like myself, sports don't significantly impact your life, you might appreciate the social awkwardness that can arise during certain seasons. Despite loving participation and occasional watching, I lack knowledge about team histories, rosters, and rules. To avoid choosing a favorite team, I let chance decide with a coin flip; New York Giants (NYG) was my result. This decision may have been more advantageous than anticipated.
