2012 FJ Cruiser Hub cap 1.0 with top cap
thingiverse
If you just want to print the hub cap without a "capper" like my "Devil Toyota" then print with ABS or PETG with 100% infill. Once the print is complete you will most likely have to align the locking tabs since there was some slight sagging on mine. Other than that, good luck getting them on. THEY HOLD WELL IF THE TABS ARE ALIGNED CORRECTLY. Print Hub caps, cappers, and backersDrill holes through the top of the hub caps (I did 5 holes each)3.(Optional) I flared the back side of the holes slightly with a step bit to allow the epoxy tohave an "anchor".Super glue the backer on the inside of the hub capsEpoxy cappers on hub cap ensuring you are filling the holes, especially if you flaredthem.Allow to fully cure before you install and enjoy!SUPPLIES:DrillEpoxy or JB WeldDrill bit ~1/4"Optional-Step bitThis object was made in Tinkercad.
