Got a brand new Turbo 2 and am absolutely exhausted with the completely non-upgradeable uConnect system in my Wrangler Unlimited, so I decided to physically locate my phone in a more convenient spot. Fortunately, there is a slot that allows access to a screw on top of the dash right in front of the steering wheel. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerGear Printer: M2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Infill: 50% Notes: I used S3D to generate supports and slice it. I removed the unnecessary supports it generated in the hole and a few under the tabs, but kept snapping the tabs while impatiently trying to remove the supports when I left as-generated. I printed with PETG since it'll be exposed to the windshield most of the time, so we'll see how that turns out. Initially, I was printing with 20% infill and full supports, but upped it to 50% and removed a few supports. How I Designed This Designed in Fusion 360. It was my first attempt, so I'm sure it's poorly done. Including the .f3d file in case anyone wants to remix or improve it. I kept having trouble with a section that would disappear when sliced, so loaded into 3DBuilder and used the automatic fix when prompted.
