Definitely print this in PETG, on its side, and with supports. You want the layers to run all the way through the hook and vertical walls of the base.I used supports with minimal blocking (see picutres). You really don't need to clean out all the supports inside the base.Print settings:PETG or ABS. PETG has made it through one midwest summer, got a little looser, but still holds the visor in place.Prusa defaults for 0.2mm QUALITY but more walls. So: 4 vertical layers, 6 top, 4 bottomInfill: 40% cubic. You may need to rotate around the Z axis, depending on the part cooling fan on your printer.I remixed this visor clip from one I can no longer find from Thingiverse or other common sites - thus my License selection. If it ever turns up I'll credit or react as necessary.Originally I tweaked it in TinkerCAD so it would snap fit into my 2010 Subaru Forester. Then after 1 summer it lost its grip on the visor, so I added the reinforcing “donuts” on the back side of the clip.
