200ml Milk / Cream Pourer

After puting up with a leaky milk pourer until it fell apart and after finding replacements were expensive and just-as-poor-quality as my old one, I decided to print my own, in just 3 parts (plus a store-bought o-ring): * Body/Bottle * Screw-top * Handle & "stopper" It holds approximately 200ml of fluid. **IMPORTANT:** If you use PETG, this should be OK in the dishwasher but only use lower temperatures. I used a 75degC setting (not sure of the dryer temp) and it caused a little distorion - enough to prevent the screw cap from fitting properly. ASSEMBLY ========= **O-ring: ** the o-ring needs to be pushed into the semi-torous part of the top. If you use the correct size o-ring, you will probably find it initially looks like it won't fit (with a part sticking out) - just keep going round & round, pressing it into the slot. See pics & note 1. **Handle/stopper & top:** The handle/stopper part needs to be slotted into the top. There's a large V-shaped slot in the stopper into which the corresponding "triangle" shaped part of the handle/stopper should be pushed. IMPORTANT: Ensure you push this in with the handle-stopper inserted just below the "lip" over the top's V-slot (it may be easier if you slightly depress the stopper-lever, so the stopper doesn't catch on the top). This is intentionally a tight fit, so you'll need to push quite hard to properly locate the handle/stopper within the top (the tip of the stopper should end up just inside the pouring spout). **Body:** With the o-ring and handle/stopper fitted to the top, simply screw the top onto the body. **Pouring:** To pour, depress the stopper lever, then tilt the pourer. Release the lever, before setting the pourer down again (that should reduce drips). Also see notes 2 & 3. _NOTE 1:_ This relies on an O-Ring of specific inner-diameter and cross-section - namly ID: 44mm Section: 3.5mm - this is to ensure if doesn't leak as you pour. I included some pics of the O-ring I used and of the set it came from (bought from Screwfix in the UK). I would recommend cleaning the o-ring before use (I used Isopropanol). _NOTE 2:_ I have not tried to make a full seal between the pouring spout and the "stopper" (which is only to keep up unwanted particales/bugs/insects etc). _NOTE 3:_ There is a breather hope in the top (normally covered by the stopper). Althought this _looks_ like liquid might spill out of it as you pour, that will not happen - there's a channel from that opening to the handle side of the top (away from the spout) - that's where the air gets in.
