2009 Buell XB12 Engine Top End

This is precisely and completely reverse engineered top end of 2009 Buell XB12 engine with ALL internal components. The models were built using a 3D scanner and metrology tools. Mating surfaces tolerances are +/- 0.01mm. Non mating surfaces tolerances are +/- 0.15 mm.The files formats I posted are Parasolid and SolidWorks. The SolidWorks file of the intake manifold has 3D scanned data of the intake manifold. I did not reverse engineer the intake manifold but I 3D scanned it and you can create CAD model of the manifold if you want to. The Parasolid file does not have 3D scanned data of the intake manifold. The bottom end of the engine does not exist, I took the bottom end external case CAD model just for the pictures from here Buell XB9R -03 Engine but it is rough geometry.The assembly consists of about 90 unique components and about 270 components totally.This model can serve mechanical engineering needs like designing engine modifications, CNC porting of the intake and the exhaust, laying up turbo setup, designing custom parts, cylinders boring, squish band checking, using for parts fitment sizes reference, etc. This CAD model assembly file has correct components part numbers in the components names and can be used as reference for looking for parts for the engine service.I reverse engineered the top end of the Buell XB engine designing custom parts to eliminate the oil leaks the stock Buell XB engine configuration is prone to.Feel free to share your CAD models of Buell XB parts if you have such. Now we have completely reverse engineered half of the Buell XB engine and all we need in case to have complete Buell XB engine CAD model is to reverse engineer the bottom end of the engine. So it would be great if somebody has bottom end parts from Buell XB and wishes to do this work.
