2008 Ram 1500 Steering Column Tilt Lever Handle

This is a custom replacement handle for the steering tilt-column lever on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500, created after the OEM part broke. I temporarily fixed it with super glue, but it only lasted a few months before breaking again at the same weak point. To find a more permanent solution, I decided to design and print a new one using my 3D printer. The new handle consists of two interlocking parts that simplify printing and minimize support structures. These two pieces fit together in a precise way, ensuring only one correct configuration is possible. Although I super glued them together for convenience during installation, the adhesive connection isn't structurally significant; it's mainly there to make assembly easier. A single factory screw will be used to secure both parts together, firmly clamping and binding them to the tilt mechanism when properly tightened. I'm sharing this design in the hopes that others may find it useful and benefit from my experience with the OEM part's failure.
