This replacement steering wheel plate is designed specifically for the 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan, with three distinct designs available: a simple Rams head logo, a combination of the Rams head and Dodge text (which requires a smaller nozzle due to its tiny font size), or a blank plate for users to customize as they see fit. To cater to diverse printing needs, I have included three different file formats that ensure a snug fit into the original shape. The pins on these plates are strategically located to provide resistance in the holes, eliminating the need for adhesives like glue or tape. Three versions of this plate are available: 1. A complete plate requires users to add supports manually, as I've found that the pins can be easily broken off during printing. 2. The second version features supports added using MeshMixer, which can be cleaned up relatively easily; however, due to the print orientation, the pins may break free and need careful reattachment. 3. For users who encounter frequent pin breakage, I've created a third version with separately printed pins that are then glued into the holes provided on the back of the plate. This design is printed flat, resulting in a stronger plate with better design quality. The pins have a flat side to ensure they print horizontally for added strength. If you choose this version, simply print the desired plate and add three pins to your build before printing again. I hope these designs prove useful to someone out there.
