A TRX450er enthusiast created a custom sprocket guard, carefully selecting the UPP/Moose case saver to protect their prized engine. To manufacture this durable protector, they employed ABS plastic and printed it successfully, but only after ensuring a 90-degree rotation on the X-axis for optimal results. Supporting materials were strategically added during the printing process. While not entirely flawless, the homemade guard effectively fulfills its purpose.
