I scoured every nook and cranny for a factory or third-party made solution, but it appears I was searching in the wrong places so I took matters into my own hands and created one myself. This is a custom cover/caps trim designed to fit perfectly over the holes left after removal of the roof rails on my 2006 Volvo V50. Additional body work may be necessary to ensure a seamless finish, involving the application of bondo, primer, and paint to match the car's exact color. A thoughtful notch has been added for easy removal using a flathead screwdriver. A newer version is in development as I continue to refine my skills with the 3D maker program, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
