2005 Dalek front curved slat

This is the slat 1 curved front piece from my extensive collection of full-size Dalek parts (2005), which remains unprinted at present, so I'm unable to provide guidance on the supports or suggested layout. However, I can confirm that the sphere's protrusion through the back will necessitate removal, an operation that has proven challenging for me in Inventor without compromising the entire sphere. Printing facing upwards with supports underneath and then removing the whole assembly may be a viable approach. Fortunately, only one of these slats is required, making it a relatively manageable task. The subsequent slats, 4 in number, will be added shortly. In fact, I intend to offer all 24 slats for 3D printing, with the possibility of a casing option available through either injection moulding, plaster infill, or fiberglass.
