I'm noticing a trail of ants marching in line right under that glass, and I'm curious to know why they're drawn to it so strongly. It's likely because there are still ants roaming around the table, despite other areas being ant-free. This solution will effectively seal major gaps, preventing ants or any other unwanted critters from taking up residence within.
