I'm designing a custom holder for the Arduino LCD module using 3030 Aluminium extrusions, specifically tailored for my Reduplicator i3. This setup works exceptionally well with stiff PETG prints. You'll need to acquire the following hardware components: - Four M3 bolts measuring between 16 and 20mm in length, along with their corresponding nuts and washers. - Two M5 mushroom form bolts measuring 12mm in length and their respective 3030 nuts. For reference, you can find the lcd cover and supports for the Prusa MK3 at https://www.prusa3d.com/prusa-i3-printable-parts/. I've printed this holder using Lion Orange PETG, which matches the color of the original Prusa MK3 design. Here are my recommended settings for printing PETG on all my printers: - Resolution: 0.2mm - Perimeters, vertical and horizontal layers (or top and bottom shell): Six layers with a 0.4 nozzle (or 2mm if using any other nozzle) - Bed temperature: 70°C - Print head temperature: 245°C
