2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V (11/02 mfg date) Climate Control Cable Clip Retainer

I have a 2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V (11/02 mfg date) which has a climate control head unit that developed cracks in the plastic tab which held the diverter and temperature control cables in place. I designed and printed these retainers which engage with the nose of the cable clips, allowing the cable housings to be held in place even the original tabs are broken. Print Settings Printer: Kossel Mini Delta Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 40% Notes: Print the retainers on their side so that the nose of the clip will be perpendicular to the extrusion layers of the printed retainers. This will keep the nose of the clip from cutting into part and separating it between the layers. Post-Printing The printed parts. Notice that the parts were printed on their side to keep the nose of the clip from cutting between the layers when the parts are installed. The retainer installed in the climate control head unit, with the cable in place. This picture is of the diverter cable. How I Designed This This part was designed in Autodesk Fusion 360.
