A friend lost one of the knobs (base, treble, etc.), and the most difficult aspect was designing the half-circle interaction. I printed it in PLA with a 0.2 mm nozzle, adding brim with a 5-10 mm offset to the entire object. It's crucial to move the nozzle away from the part as this allows for proper cooling down. Shell thicknesses require some trial and error to achieve the right final dimensions, and I found it helpful to increase the overall size by 1.02% for a precise fit. Print at a slow speed and take your time with each layer to get the best results possible.
