The PLM-18-4X500WH-RC Pneumatic Light Tower from Larson Electronics is an 18-foot extendable US-made light tower equipped with four halogen quartz lamps producing approximately 9,500 lumens each. These 500W halogen lights offer a wide spread of intense illumination, effectively covering large work areas. The telescoping pneumatic mast can be extended to 18 feet for maximum area coverage and collapsed to 8 feet for stowage. An included air compressor within the control box is used to elevate the mast, while an air release valve at the base allows lowering. A remote control pan tilt head enables individual adjustment of the light heads. All wiring runs through the mast, ensuring no loose wires when collapsed. This light tower typically mounts on trailers or stable surfaces via a 12-inch square mounting base-plate and features a 24-inch wide, 1/4-inch thick mounting plate for secure fixture attachment.
