Our 2000 Honda Civic rear door refused to budge from the outside. I stripped off the panel and discovered that the pivot snap had snapped in two, so I took precise measurements and created a brand new replacement part. If this one gives out in the same weak spot, I'll redesign it to include an extra layer of protection with a harness. Initial results are looking promising. I fashioned this out of 3D-Fuel APLA+ 1.75, heated up the extruder to 205 degrees and set the bed temperature at 60. I used a 4mm nozzle on my trusty Monoprice Mini Select v2 printer.
