this is 20 wells, 4mm oer well and 2mm gap between wells and proper spacing for thumbscrew template. Model is 2mm for added thickness. I printed in PLA, just add agarose closer to 50C than outright boiling. .stl is provided but email me if you want tinkercad file to change comb thickness to 1mm or beyond.
