Duplicated Proximal Contacts and Embrasure Spaces: Same - The proximal contacts appear somewhat narrow. Overall Tooth Anatomy: Same - The buccal cusp ridges show slight irregularity due to over-contoured surfaces, while the lingual cusp ridges also exhibit irregularities. Smoothness of Wax Surfaces: Same - A slightly rough and uneven texture is evident on the lingual surface.
