Here's a thing that you can print on a 3D printer: it has 20 holes, and here's how to use them: select these features to change what the design does. Choose where you want your holes: the default is every circle in the pattern, but I also gave you the option to put the hole on one side or the other of the grid. Pick any arrangement you like, then adjust how tight and close the rows are. The 3D printing options are set for the Prusa, and can be adjusted here if your printer has its own parameters set differently. There is no real point to making this into a solid - just use whatever material you need.
