20 Degree V-Block

This v-block will be grinded by my hand grinder, and I have a Mastercam file along with an unproven NC file for my Haas VF-6. If needed, I'll update it with a proven NC file; just let me know. The matched pair will save set up time. Clamps will be added later. The part holder is for 1.95in OD parts with 20-degree flats on each side and counterbores for dowel placement. Set up includes stop, flip, and run for about 35 parts in an hour and a half with plus/minus degree accuracy. NC file runs approximately 20 minutes; feel free to adjust settings. Enjoy the process!
