This v-block is next on the grinder's schedule for some serious TLC. Along with it, I'll be posting a mastercam file and an untested nc file specifically crafted for my trusty Haas VF-6. Once it's fully vetted, you can count on getting a verified nc file if needed - just let me know! The payoff is going to be significant in terms of setup time saved, so I'm going for the whole set with matched pairs all day long. Holding onto these clamps for now, as they're a minor afterthought compared to the task at hand. We're working with 1.95-inch OD parts here that get flatted down on each side with a sweet 20-degree angle before moving onto some serious counterbore business, which of course involves doling out some space-holding dowels. Setting our stop, flipping and repeating - easy peasy! Call it a day at around the hour-and-a-half mark when we clock in approximately 35 parts per cycle, precision-grade accurate give or take that tiny one-degree margin. All told, that nc file should get through its run within the 20-minute time frame; you can take your cues from there and have all sorts of fun.
