I'll update this with my own picture when I get a chance.] Designed to angle a Feniex Fusion Surface Mount emergency light either up or down. Many vehicle manufacturers (FORD!!!) make grilles that are angled near the top and bottom, so to put four surface mounts in the corners, they would be pointing up and down, rather than straight forward. This is designed to correct that. While it will work with other vehicles, this was primarily designed for the Ford F150's grille angle. There is no special equipment required to use these angle adapters.
