100 mm corner gusset (brace) for 20/20 extruded AL. Designed to stiffen the Ender 5 but can be used with any 20 mm extrusion. Thru holes are clearanced for 4mm bolts. Designed to be stiff and light, the built-in supports offer a relatively quick print time for a 100mm high support. Print time under an hour with .3 layer height and infill between 30% and 100%. Walls, top and bottom are 1.2 mm so adjust wall count and layers accordingly. Inner support walls for the top are .42mm wide. Slicing for a nozzle larger than 0.4mm will cause issues.
