#### Printing Settings! This assembly demands precision from your printer. Before printing it, change your nozzle, tighten your belts, calibrate your printer, and print extremely slowly. Consider using negative horizontal expansion settings in your slicer. The Fusion 360 file includes a parameter for bearing clearance, defaulting to .2mm clearance over or under the bearing diameter. You can adjust this in the parameters window. #### Essential Hardware! 1X 6700 bearing for the sun gear: https://amzn.to/2OZeiOI 2X 6808 bearings for the ring gears: https://amzn.to/2KzBL8Z 9X 693 Bearings for the planets and sun rear bearing: https://amzn.to/2KsQvpP 1X 3mm rod for planets: https://amzn.to/2DTRJKp 3mm drill bit 4X- 3mm washers 4X- 3mm x 35mm hex head screws 4X- 3mm nuts #### Assembly Instructions! Watch the video: https://youtu.be/_VgXObcfXug Some points were missed in the video, including placing a 3mm washer on the side of the planets before installing the bearings. Make sure washers only contact the inner race of the bearings. Insert planets in the order and orientation shown in the video. If you can't read numbers or see marks, reprint them carefully. Each planet has a round 3mm alignment mark facing towards the sun gear. Align this properly to ensure the carrier fits and the second ring gear fits. The sun gear has an optional rear 693 bearing not shown in the video. #### Other Important Information! CAD Files? I included the Fusion 360 Project with this, but you can download the most recent version from https://a360.co/2PRJbdm in various formats.
