2 x 4 Pine Bunk Bed

This was my first reverse engineering projects that went into production. Our family bussiness were making these after the original company closed. I was given a picture and design engineered this for production. We were producing hundreds of them a week for over fifteen years. A simple mortise and tenon with a hardwood peg. The bed assembled quickly and could be un-assembled just as quick. The design later was improved , with the headboard fastners from glue and nails then screws, to new and improved lag bolts, but the basic design stayed the same. (had a problem with the texture mapping , the support rails need fixing)
