2 x 4 Bricks with diagonal color change on two sides
cults3d
This brick is designed to fit the expired patent 2 x 4 bricks originally designed by and compatible with Lego (TM) bricks. The injection mold method used by the company doesn't make multi-color bricks easy -- at least not in geometrical forms. 3D printing makes this possible! These bricks are laid out to fit about any size print bed and are already separated into two for multi-extruder printing. Would love to see the company embrace us a bit more by making their own crazy 3D printable bricks available. I have to admit that the injection-molded bricks are much more stable than the 3D printed ones, but it sure is fun to make colors and designs not available from the company. Note that the minifigs are still under patent but these bricks are now public domain.
