You'll need to create a simple cover for 2in x 2in gate posts that fits snugly over them. Scaling might be necessary due to the exact fit of the post's hole, which is 2"x2". If your timber is well-cut and smooth, it should slide in effortlessly like a precision glove. I advise using a 0.4 nozzle for printing, as too much fill can cause the orb to devour all your filament, so aim for around 30% or slightly less.
