Measuring only about 8cm in diameter, it holds an impressive 14+1 slots with plenty of space for all medications. With one slot always open and the current weekday displayed, it's effortless to determine if you've taken your pills or not. Slot 15 (marked with a heart) is perfect for occasional-use pills. The lid secures tightly with a simple M4 screw and nut, but you can easily drill an additional hole for a larger screw. You can adjust how securely the lid should be fastened by tightening the screw. For instance, if you're planning to travel with it, you might want to tighten the screw slightly. If carrying the container in your bag, insert the screw from above and secure it below with a nut. If the container remains stationary (like on a bedside table), it's easier to insert the screw from below and use a wingnut to tighten it from above. With just finger pressure, you can remove the nut and lid for hassle-free refill. Refilling is also straightforward - simply turn the lid one day at a time. My wife and I have been using these containers daily for months now, and they've proven to be extremely effective for both of us. Update 2015-07-08: The latest V5 has a lid that's easier to rotate and additional washers in both the lid and bottom to prevent over-tightening as you turn it. I also redesigned the slots to avoid pills getting stuck near the center.
