2 way smarthome Ethernet and screw terminal relay case

This is a project to house a modified 2channel 5v opto-isolated relay board, similar to the one found at: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32753936935.html. The relay board will be installed in a wall behind an existing light switch or power outlet, either floating or screwed into a stud or frame. Existing 110/230v cables are connected to the relay output and control the light or load. The 5v control signal is sent via the Ethernet cable / GPIO, or switched by the existing light switch. No neutral wire is required because the control power is +5v via the Ethernet cable. To add a simple way to connect various sensors or the existing switch back to a GPIO controller, an additional Ethernet connector with terminal block needs to be soldered in place. This can be achieved using: * 1 x RJ-45 180degree connector (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32918645271.html) * 1 x RJ-45 breakout board (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33031656602.html) * 1x 8way 2.54MM Pitch spring terminal block (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32797749429.html) The idea behind this project is based on a smart home model where transformers/voltage regulators and WIFI controllers are not located in the wall at the switch, but rather centrally in a metal fireproof enclosure. By plugging in an Ethernet cable, switching the relay from GPIO or connecting the original switch allows for local override of the lights. This setup can also be used in combination with capacitive touch sensors mounted on the back of a blank plate, or RCWL-0516 motion detectors. For example, a single light switch can have a capacitive touch sensor mounted on its back. The wiring diagram for the relay board is as follows: * 1 - Vcc +5v * 2 - Spare * 3 - Relay2 * 4 - Spare * 5 - Relay1 * 6 - Spare * 7 - Ground 0v * 8 - Spare For the capacitive touch sensor, refer to: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32964219843.html. For the RCWL-0516 motion detector, refer to: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32817076434.html.
