I wanted a two-tooth blade with placement for bearings that have a 10mm outer diameter. I will also be making one with replaceable contact points so you don't have to replace the whole blade every time for best performance. The blade is for this plastic, one-pound antweight combat robot: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1401358 Update--the first one I uploaded was the wrong file! I replaced it with the proper one. Update--August 30, 2018--new blade with a half-inch outer diameter for a larger bearing. TEST PRINT--I am doing my first test print now with these settings: Esun PLA Pro in Peak Green .02 resolution Walls and top and bottom are all 5mm thick Layer and wall count is 12 60% infill Gear teeth on the weapon are very small, and it came out to 80.5 grams; that might be a bit much. Adam says he used XML belts, which may be a better fit for it. Update September 2, 2018--new blade (posted September 2, 2018) that fits FingerTech timing belts; this one is a 25-tooth blade; I got too long of a belt by mistake. I will also make one that is around 19 teeth to be a direct replacement. Update October 24, 2018--I added a hub for a one-inch wide bar; it uses M3 hardware. Update November 9, 2018--the blade uploaded August 30, 2018 fits the parts listed by Adam; the only thing different is I use a half-inch OD bearing. Check the remix link to get to his bot this is made for.
