This adapter connects Polaris (180/280/380/3900 Sport) pools to suction points on shells seamlessly. Buying this adapter from a reseller is extremely difficult and often ends in failure. The adapter features a 2" BSP thread on one side and a 1.5" NPT thread on the other, ensuring secure connections every time. I designed the thread using Autodesk Fusion 360's intuitive interface to simplify the process. The adapter measures 15 mm thick but can be reduced to 10 mm for improved performance. Print Settings: Printer: Zortrax M200 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 90 microns Infill: Solid Important notes: This model is printed using Z-Ultrat ABS, but I recommend trying PETG instead due to its superior resistance to salt and chlorine exposure. The machine's thread reproduction is highly accurate, consistently meeting expectations.
