This dwelling design is perfectly suited for smaller parcels of land, but you can easily expand its dimensions to suit your desired space requirements as long as you have a larger lot available. You're free to edit the floor plan; I've included an AutoCAD file featuring Elevations and Sections with precise metric measurements. This model was initially created in ArchiCAD, so be sure to check out both the 3D model and the 2D floor plan. Additionally, you'll find a Sketchup model with metric unit measurements.
