This is a model of a Semi-detached house. Originally created with 3ds Max 2012, it was later reverted to 3ds Max 2010. The model can be used for Architectural backdrops in Architectural Visualisation or Games. It contains 44 separate objects. The model consists of 5177 polygons. This model comprises 5159 quads and 18 tris. Standard materials and Mental ray are included. V-Ray materials have been assigned in an extra file. This product includes 3ds Max versions with and without V-Ray (separate downloads). Mental Ray is the renderer shown. The other renderer used is V-ray. All preview images were rendered using the Default Scanline Renderer. The last three preview images were rendered using V-Ray, while all others were rendered using the Default Scanline Renderer. No Photoshop or compositing was used; the product is ready to render out-of-the-box. Lights and cameras are not included in the file. All textures were created from original photographs or drawings. Multiple Texture Resolutions are included, ranging from 1024×1024 to 4096×4096. Textures are available in PNG download folders. The model was built to real-world scale. Units used: Centimeters. The model is 1066 centimeters tall. Scene objects are organized by groups. No third-party renderer or plug-ins are needed.
