Created with this online platform: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/aaInJzupnut-business-card/editv2 Printed in accordance with these detailed instructions: http://www.instructables.com/id/2-Tone-Printing/ The business card base is 1 mm tall, printed at a layer height of .25 mm, with a temperature of 190 C and Blue PLA filament, utilizing a second print speed of 60 mm. Printing stops when the base reaches 1 mm in height. The card letters are printed at a height of .75 mm, with a layer thickness of .1 mm, a temperature of 195 C and Glow in the Dark PLA filament, and a second print speed of 20 mm. Printing begins at a height of .98 mm, leaving a slight groove for better adhesion and a slightly neater print. All printing is done using a nozzle diameter of .4 mm. A smaller nozzle with a diameter of .2 mm has been ordered specifically for the letters, which will be explained in further detail later. The filament and process can be changed in less than one minute due to the custom extruder/hot end mount used. With this custom hot end mount, switching to a .2 mm nozzle should take no more than five minutes, a significant time savings compared to other 3D printers. This is not just a matter of changing colors; it's an entirely new printing process. In mid-print, the user can switch filaments and processes in under one minute.
