This pulley is a vital component of my bike ceiling mount system, which I carefully designed myself. The sheave is specifically engineered to accommodate a 1/4 inch rope. To create the aluminum housing, I repurposed an old parking sign and cut it using my bandsaw. Afterward, I polished the edges with several passes on my files.
