2 section of Stella Maris Montesilvano Pescara 3D Building 1 floor and front, follows others... soon

I have created a precise 3D model of the stunning "Stella Maris" building to showcase another incredible artistic treasure found in Italy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9wnnU9yYec The Stella Maris is an extraordinary historic building shaped like an airplane, designed by architects Leone and Liguori in 1939. Located in the town of Montesilvano, Pescara province in Abruzzo region, this seaside resort is just a few meters from the sea. My model is an exact replica of the original structure in every detail at a scale of 1/100 (meaning each centimeter represents one meter in real life). To make it printable with common 3D printers, I broke down the entire building into sections and then further divided them into individual parts with maximum dimensions ranging from 15 to 19 cm. Before proceeding with printing, I noticed that in the "CURA" program (I still haven't figured out why), the parts appear in reduced dimensions. To fix this, you need to enlarge them tenfold. This post includes two sections of the building: the ground floor and stairs. Later, all other sections will be published as well; the drawing is complete, and it's just been divided into 3D printing parts. To make it possible to print with common 3D printers, I broke down the entire structure into sections and then further divided them into individual parts with maximum dimensions ranging from 15 to 19 cm. Before proceeding with printing, I noticed that in the "CURA" program (I still haven't figured out why), the parts appear in reduced dimensions. To fix this, you need to enlarge them tenfold. The base of the entire model measures about 80 x 60 cm and requires a suitable support surface for assembling all the components. In my first section, I will present the ground floor and stairs of the entire building. Later, I will continue working on publishing all the remaining sections. The "climatic holiday colony" was an opportunity for experimentations by designers in the thirties; it was completed in nine months and inaugurated on September 10th, 1939. The symmetry of the building identifies the distributive clarity of different environments: pilotis at ground level detach the airplane's wings, creating a vast shadow area at ground level, linking it to external spaces. At the center, there is a large helical staircase supported by a cylindrical pillar and closed above with spectacular radial beams. The "torrino" is a cylindrical element placed at the center of the two wings, housing the commander's apartment.
