2 point discrimintation (2PD) Tool (Chan-Schwiening Design)
thingiverse
This is a remix of Christof Schwiening's design for a tool for measuring 2 point discrimination (2PD). It is a single tool that has separations from 2mm -16mm in 2mm increments. The separation distance is clearly marked on the tool for ease of use. Two-point discrimination is an established test of sensation, and measures the minimal separation that a patient can distinguish two discrete points of contact with the skin Measuring 2 point discrimination is an easy way of measuring sensory function that is commonly used by hand surgeons and hand therapists.
