2 piece Pegboard Recessed Outlet Cover
thingiverse
I cut 3/4 thick strips to space for my 3/8 inch thick pegboard (would work for 1/4" but would have a 1/8 inch gap above the faceplate) above my bench leaving the 3 outlets recessed. Wanting to dress things up a bit, I built this quick glue-on frame and a separate plate. As there is some flex in the pegboard, I didn't want direct contact to the outlet stressing it so the frame floats atop the plate. You could adjust the Z access scaling to fit other dimensions. The frame itself fits a 50mm x 100mm (just under 2" x 4") hole. I've included a larger face plate in case your hole is a little off. And I know the axis is off. I hit the wrong plane when designing. Just rotate it 90 degrees in your printing software.
