I couldn't find a suitable wall grommet for my antenna cable, so I took matters into my own hands. This DIY solution is specifically designed for a 3/4 inch (19mm) hole and RG-8X coax cable with an outer diameter of about 6.4 mm. The flange has an outside diameter of 40 mm and a thickness of 5 mm, while the overall length measures 30 mm. I printed mine using flexible filament in two halves that snugly fit around the cable.
