This V-Groove Pulley prints in two sections to enhance print quality by eliminating overhangs and completely enclosing the bearing when the two parts are secured together in the middle. It performs exceptionally well for all linear actuators that need to slide along the corners of an aluminum extrusion, such as a corner. Print two of these pulleys. Place your bearing into the first half, then attach the second half onto the first part at the apex of the V-shaped groove to enclose the bearing securely.
