The drive sprocket, intended for use in Polargraph machines, features beaded cord compatibility. It consists of two parts that can easily snap together, or be glued if necessary. For added functionality, a switch is designed near the outside rim to detect extra-large beads and facilitate automatic calibration. The 5mm shaft hole comes with a slotted edge having a "tooth" that may also work with a flat shaft. An updated version was released on October 7th, 2012, featuring an extended square section and a thicker top layer.
