2 oz Paint Bottle Shaker
thingiverse
So far it is working perfectly for me but if you feel like you could tweak it to make it better, go ahead and do so. This is just a quick design that combines 2 oz paint bottles for airbrushing. I designed this because I'm lazy but I am posting this here because it has become extremely popular on Reddit and some are requesting it. I have heard that it may be able to help those with disabilities, which is amazing, so I thought I would post designs. I have included some newer versions that will use a basic on/off power button. The original file for the base in the reddit video is also included. Printing the V3 base will shorten the overall print time but V4 should be significantly stronger. Parts needed: - A motor (this design uses a 227 RPM Mini Econ Gear Motor from Servo City) ------- https://www.servocity.com/227-rpm-mini-econ-gear-motor ------- Feel free to modify the files to fit whatever motor you have available. - M2.5 x 0.45 (2 bolts) for attaching motor to base - 608 bearings (skateboard bearings) X 8 - 19mm (3/4) hook and loop fabric for securing bottle to carriage (not necessary so far but may be a good option if you switch motors with more power). - 12V 5 Amp power supply, I'm using an old LED stripe power supply. Any 12V supply even a battery will power this little motor. - Optional On-Off Push-Button switch (11 mm mount diameter).
