Drill tool for making 2 mm shaft propellers. So with the 1303 and 1204 motors coming out with 2 mm shafts instead of the usual 1.5 mm, we need to drill 2 mm holes in 1 or 1.5 mm propellers to make them fit our new motors. This design makes it a little bit easier to drill them straight and 'precise'. The bearings will align the 1.97 drill with the two shafts where you push your prop on. Needed materials (cost around $4.00) Drill 2 mm (2 pieces) as donors for the two 2 mm shafts Drill 1.97 mm or 5/64 to drill the actual press-fit hole Bearings 2x5x2.5 mm to align the drill (MR52 ZZ) Print time is >45 minutes. Files: - 2mm Propeller Drill Tool 5.00 - inner diameter for bearings exactly 5.00 mm - 2mm Propeller Drill Tool 5.16 - inner diameter for bearing 5,16 mm since most printers tend to print holes a little bit smaller. - 2mm Propeller Drill Tool Top - Not really necessary but can be practical
