Assembling these wheels requires additional hardware: six 6-32 flanged screw-to-expand inserts, two per wheel, available at McMaster.com as part 94615A113. Two 6-32 thread size, three-quarter inch long flat head screws, also available at McMaster.com as part 91253A151. These designs are based on ThriftyBot's models, which can be purchased at TheThriftyBot.com. I've uploaded these models to provide teams without access to these wheels due to availability or shipping constraints a way to make their own. Consider supporting ThriftyBot by purchasing these wheels if possible.
